I have Hyperhidrosis and see alot of natural herbs that they claim work.The only problem I have found is that no one has been able to get back with me if anything does or does not work?If these websites are allowing these co. to advertise on ther sites ,then why can no one give me an answer?Can you give any help with this?

It is certainly worth considering alternative therapies: but I do not know of any particular therapy which has success with this condition. It might be worth trying acupuncture or homoeopathy, but if you do, I would suggest going to a practitioner with plenty of experience, and find out at the start how many sessions you might need.
A Canadian doctor has claimed great success using a gel type of anti-perspirant, which is more effective than other types. It might be useful to check this out;
