FIRST PLACE: The Complete Beck Diet for Life – because it is
easiest to remember; basically because you can eat anything you
like – just limit the amount.
LAST PLACE: The Engine 2 Diet – a tough vegan diet from a Texas
triathlete, which forbids dairy, meat, and even oils, apparently.
