Interval Training – Best Exercise

Exercise-woman4-w200-h200Interval training. is the type of training which enabled Bannister to break the four minute mile. It is used by Special Forces in various countries to keep them fit and lean. It is better than cardio and better than weight training. It will take off weight faster than anything.

So why do we know so little about it?

Here is a useful site which goes into interval training in some detail. It also give a couple of short – but effective – workouts.

I just checked out the interval training from Coach Yari. The exercise didn’t failed to surprise it. It is definitely going to be challenging because I used to do it for 3 minutes. However, I stopped doing it for years.

I’m going to start again today. Thanks for sharing this wonderful exercise. I’m going to work it out for a month. Thanks!
